Actually it would be, except that the diagnostic cannot be omitted.
The implementation can still dump core and make daemons fly out your
nose, as long as it also issues a diagnostic. After reading the ruling
on this issue, I wondered, does this also mean that undefined behavior
such as reformatting a hard disk has to be careful to avoid reformatting
the block containing the diagnostic message?
